1. Age & jurisdiction
You confirm you are at least 21 years of age (or of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that your purchase and possession of research reagents is lawful where you take delivery.
2. Qualified researcher
You confirm you are a qualified researcher, laboratory technician, educator or institution acting in a professional research capacity, and that the products will be used exclusively within a controlled laboratory workflow.
3. Research use only (RUO)
You acknowledge that every product supplied by Teddy Peps is a research reagent. It is not a medicine, supplement, cosmetic, food or consumer health product. It has not been manufactured, labelled or tested for human or veterinary administration.
4. No human or animal use
You will not administer, ingest, inject, apply or otherwise expose any person or animal to any product supplied by Teddy Peps. You will not provide, gift or resell any product for such use.
5. No resale, no distribution
Products are supplied to you as the end researcher. You will not resell, repackage, relabel, distribute or otherwise transfer the products to third parties.
6. Safe handling
You will handle, store and dispose of the products in accordance with your institution's standard operating procedures for research reagents and the general guidance in the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) linked from each product page.
7. Record of attestation
Your attestation is recorded together with your order. Teddy Peps reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where this attestation is not accepted, appears to be false, or where the intended use is inconsistent with research purposes.
This attestation is a condition of sale and is in addition to our Terms of Sale, RUO disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Returns policy.
