2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Teddy Peps and the buyer. By placing an order, the buyer accepts these terms.
3. Nature of the products (Research Use Only)
All products are supplied exclusively for research and laboratory purposes. They are not medicinal products, food supplements or cosmetics and are not intended for human or animal consumption. See also our RUO disclaimer.
4. Orders and agreement
The agreement is formed once Teddy Peps confirms the order by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders without stating reasons, for example when there is doubt about the intended purpose of the purchase.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and, where applicable, include VAT. Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website, prior to shipment.
6. Delivery
Shipping takes place from an EU warehouse, generally within 24 hours on business days. Stated delivery times are indicative. The risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
Due to the nature of the products (research reagents, sealed packaging), the statutory right of withdrawal is limited. See our Returns policy page for the full arrangement.
8. Liability
Teddy Peps is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the products, including without limitation any use outside of a laboratory environment. Our liability is in all cases limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order.
9. Applicable law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
