1. Statutory right of withdrawal
In principle, consumers benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period. This cooling-off period is however excluded for products that are supplied sealed for reasons of health protection, hygiene or quality assurance, and whose seal has been broken after delivery (Art. 6:230p sub g Dutch Civil Code).
2. When returns are possible
- The packaging is unopened and undamaged;
- The seal is intact;
- You notify the return by email within 14 days of receipt;
- The product has been stored under the required storage conditions.
3. Transport damage or incorrect product
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? Report this within 48 hours of receipt with photos to teddypepstore@gmail.com. We will arrange a solution (replacement or refund) at no cost.
4. Procedure
- Send an email with your order number and the reason for return.
- You will receive a confirmation and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Return the product in its original packaging, sufficiently stamped.
- After receipt and inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the same payment method.
5. Shipping costs
The costs of return shipping are borne by the buyer, unless there is transport damage or an error on our part.
